ゆず果汁

熊本県矢部町は、柚子やお茶の生産が盛んな町。
柚子は、高知県や大分県が主産地と思っていたけど、
全国、高冷地の寒暖の差が激しいところで生産されていて、
矢部町も香りのよい柚子の産地のひとつ。
先月末に矢部町を訪れた時、寒かったけど、空気が澄んでいて、
のどかでよい所でした。
山道に入ると、棚田があって柚子の木が沢山ありました。
この柚子果汁は、生活改善グループという地元の女性達が手作りしています。
きれいな色をしているけど、着色料や、その他、添加物は入っていません。
焼き魚にそのままかけて食べています。
ししゃもや、わかさぎの唐揚げにかけて食べると、
見た目は、素朴な（粗末な？）家庭料理でも、
こんなに安いご馳走は、ちょっとやそっとじゃ、よそでは絶対食べられないよね！と、
夫にくってかかるくらい美味しくなるのです。

簡単でおいしいものが一番いい。と最近つくづくおもいます。
うちのあばあちゃんも、生活改善グループに入ってたって言っとったよ。
こっちだと、グループの人が作った麦みそが農協に売ってたなぁ。

各地方で、手作りされたいいもの、美味しいものって
