南部うすやきせんべい
□岩手県□
小麦を練って、丸い鉄製の型に入れて焼いた、
東北地方の伝統的なお菓子。
小麦粉、水、砂糖、バター、塩、胡麻だけなのに、
風味がよく、上品な甘さ、塩味と、
サクサクした歯ざわり。美味しい素朴なおやつ。
スナック菓子は、食べだすと、とまらなくなって、
気が付いたら一袋って、いうことがあるけれど、
この南部せんべいは薄いけど、２～３枚食べると満足感を感じます。
岩手県にある芽吹屋という、大福や団子が美味しいところのもの。
膨張剤が入っていない南部せんべいは、めずらしいと思う。
