わさびみそと三杯漬

わさびは、きれいな水でなければ育たないそう。
このわさびみそと三杯漬は、わさびの産地として有名な
静岡県伊豆市筏場の、「真妻」という品種で作られています。
天城山からの湧き水を利用して栽培されたわさび。
三杯漬は、茎と根のつけ根の部分だけで漬けてあります。
わさびから、ほんの少ししかとれないところ。
つけ根の部分だけの三杯漬は、他ではなかなか味わえないそうです。
三杯漬も味噌も、さわやかな辛さと、甘みがあり、本当に美味しい。
わさびの加工品で、こんなに美味しいと思ったのは
はじめてです。
わさびみそは無添加。
三杯漬はちょっとわかりません。
