納豆もちあられ

かなり美味しいです。
納豆の味、匂いは全くしません。
後味に、ほんの少し納豆の感触が残るくらいです。
香ばしく、納豆菌が入っているせいか、
コクとうまみが凝縮されています。
納豆が苦手な人でも食べれるんじゃないかな。
京都京北町で、製造されています。
京北町では、納豆もちが伝統食だったようです。
今はその文化はなくなっているようですが、
昔はお正月三が日は納豆もちで祝ったそうです。
原材料は、京都産もち米と、京都産大豆、伯方の塩、なたね油、納豆菌。
実家の京都へ帰省した折、かねてから行きたかった美山町で買ったもの。
美山町は茅葺屋根の集落が残っており、
山々に囲まれていて、野菜、水が美味しいところ。
お天気のよい日に、ゆっくり散歩したら、
癒されそうです。
