ひや汁
□宮崎県□
宮崎県の郷土料理。
あじ、いりこ、胡麻、落花生をすり潰して、味噌と混ぜ、
それを焼き味噌にし、水か、お湯に溶かして、
ご飯の上にかけて食べるもの。
具は、夏野菜（大葉、きゅうり、みょうがなど）とねぎ、
潰した豆腐を入れます。私は、三つ葉も入れました。
夏の食欲がない時に、スタミナをつけるのに
ちょうどよい食べものです。この味噌を家で作るのは面倒だけど、
ひや汁の素を使えば、超簡単！
東京新宿にある宮崎県の物産館で、ひや汁を食べて、
とても美味しかったので、家でも作ってみました。
今度は、本場、宮崎県で食べたいな。
