○テンペステーキマスタード醤油ソース
簡単 10分以内 テンペがほくほく。ソースとよくあいあす。
| 材料 二人分 | |||||
| テンペ | ・・・・・ | 200g | 【ソース】 | ||
| しめじ | ・・・・・ | 1/3房 | 粒マスタード | ・・・・・ | 大2/3 |
| いんげん | ・・・・・ | ４本 | 酒 | ・・・・・ | 大２ |
| プチトマト | ・・・・・ | ２個 | みりん | ・・・・・ | 大１ |
| 醤油 | ・・・・・ | 大１ | |||
| にんにくすりおろし | ・・・・・ | 少々 | |||
| 玉ねぎすりおろし | ・・・・・ | 大１ |
作り方
| １ | 酒、みりんを合わせて鍋に入れて煮きり、醤油を入れ一煮立ちさせる。冷めてから、粒マスタード、にんにく、玉ねぎのすりおろしを入れて、混ぜる。 |
| ２ | テンペは、厚さ１cm位で適当な大きさにカットし、フライパンに多めの油をひき、弱火できつね色になるまで両面焼く。 |
| ３ | 同時に野菜もソテーする。 |
| ４ | テンペと野菜を盛りつけ、ソースを再度、一煮立ちさせ、上にかける。 |
| ＊野菜は、他にごぼう、さつまいも、長ネギ、かぼちゃ、ブロッコリーなど何でもよい。 |
