○冬野菜と鶏のトマトスープ煮
簡単 10分以内 野菜がたくさんとれて身体もあたたまる
| 材料 二人分 | |||||
| 鶏もも肉 | ・・・・・ | 80g | ホールトマト | ・・・・・ | 200g |
| レンコン | ・・・・・ | ４cm | 玉ねぎ | ・・・・・ | 1/2個 |
| 人参 | ・・・・・ | 1/4本 | 野菜スープ | ・・・・・ | 300cc |
| かぶ | ・・・・・ | １個 | 塩・胡椒 | ・・・・・ | 少々 |
| ブロッコリー | ・・・・・ | 1/8房 | 油 | ・・・・・ | 適量 |
| 豆水煮（ひよこ豆など） | ・・・・・ | 大１ | |||
| キャベツ | ・・・・・ | ２枚 |
作り方
| １ | 鶏肉に塩胡椒し、小麦粉をまぶし、フライパンで表面をソテーする。（皮の面をよく焼く。） |
| ２ | れんこんは、５mm厚の輪切り。人参・キャベツは、一口大にカット。カブは６等分の串切り。ブロッコリーは、小房に分ける。玉ねぎはみじん切り。 |
| ３ | 別の鍋を熱し、油をひき玉ねぎを弱火で炒め、しんなりしたら、ホールトマトをつぶしながら加え、中火で５分程煮る。 |
| ４ | 野菜スープを加え、沸騰したら鶏肉と、人参、レンコン、カブ、ブロッコリー、キャベツと火の通りにくい順に入れる。野菜に火が通ったら、豆を加え、塩胡椒で調味する。 |
